  1. The goods are damaged upon arrival

If the customer discovers that the product is damaged or faulty after receiving the product, the customer must provide a text description and pictures or videos that can prove the problem within 7 days of receiving the product (the same day for offline pickup). Our company will provide a specific solution after receipt and confirmation. Such as providing technical guidance or free replacement of accessories. If the goods exceed 7 days, they will not be considered as damaged upon arrival, and will be dealt with as normal after-sales quality issues. Our company only provides accessories and technical guidance services, and does not bear the shipping and return shipping costs.

 

  1. Quality issues

If there are quality problems within 7 days, our company will provide accessories for free and bear the logistics costs.

More than 7 days, within 12 months, (battery, motor, controller, charger, instrument warranty period is 6 months) due to product quality problems, our company provides free accessories and technical guidance maintenance, accessories replacement logistics costs borne by the customer.

If the warranty period exceeds 12 months, our company provides lifetime paid maintenance and after-sales service, and the customer needs to pay the corresponding accessories, transportation and maintenance costs.

 

  1. Non-quality problems

If the failure is caused by non-quality problems, even within the warranty period, our company only provides after-sales service, but does not bear any related costs.

  1. If the user has not charged for more than 1 month, the battery cannot be charged or the cruising range is greatly reduced.
  2. Failures such as battery damage, instrument damage, and connection wire damage caused by various water ingress such as long-term use in the rain or soaking in water.
  3. Such as the failure caused by weight overload driving (the driver’s weight exceeds 120KG or 2 drivers ride or the user climbs a long distance for a long time or drives on a bumpy road for a long time)
  4. If the user modifies, adds or modifies the appearance and function of the product without the confirmation and authorization of our company, the failure is caused.
  5. If the customer’s car is damaged due to improper driving or wrong operation.

 

  1. Logistics issues        

1. If the goods are returned due to problems of end customers, including but not limited to rejection, wrong address, consignee not found, etc., after returning to the warehouse to sign for receipt, the dealer shall bear the delivery and return freight.

2. When the end customer cancels the order or changes the delivery address, our company should assist the dealer to deal with it and issue corresponding instructions to the logistics party. In such cases, interception or change of address does not guarantee success, and the actual situation shall prevail. If the interception or change of address is unsuccessful, our company will not be responsible.

 

5, Do not support no reason to return

If the customer returns and refunds within 7 days without reason and non-quality problems, our company will only refund half of the cost and deduct the shipping and returning logistics costs.

 

  1. Returns or exchanges will not be processed under the following circumstances

1. Products that clearly state in the product description that they cannot be returned or exchanged;

2. Products that have been used, unless there are quality problems with the product itself;

3. Products with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage;

4. The outer packaging of the product is incomplete or damaged (the complete packaging includes: package filler and outer box or bag, product accessories, instructions, warranty, tags, labels, etc., and the original quality of the product is maintained as it is when sold. ).

5. Products that have been returned or exchanged without the confirmation and approval of our return and exchange service center.

6. If the returned goods cannot be sent back to the return and exchange service center designated by our company, the return or exchange will not be processed.
